Who provides TickTrac
TickTrac is a product of CommV LogoDebut. TickTrac is a brand of that company, not a company of its own, and where these terms say “we” they mean CommV LogoDebut.

The service
TickTrac is a time tracker for one person and the agents working for them. You track your own time with timers, your agents post their finished work through the API, and you export the result per client to invoice from. TickTrac does not write or send invoices.
Your account
One account is for one person. You keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your data
The entries, clients, categories and tags you create are yours. What is stored and why is set out in the Privacy Statement.
API tokens and agents
An API token lets whatever holds it write entries to your account. Entries posted with your token are treated as yours, so give tokens only to tools you trust, and revoke one in Settings as soon as it is no longer needed.
